Crow Tree is a unique speciality coffee that combines dark and bright flavours. While top-quality, high-altitude Arabicas are usually roasted lightly, Dark Woods believes that this approach only captures part of their potential. By using the cleanest available green coffee, they can roast it darker, resulting in bold yet well-defined flavours reminiscent of the finest single-estate chocolate.
 
This blend features coffees sourced from farms that are actively involved in the Café Femenino Project. This groundbreaking organisation supports women farmers and producers in an industry that can often be challenging and male-dominated.
