Medjool dates are large, soft and intensely sweet, prized for their rich, caramel-like flavour and chewy texture. Often called the "king of dates" for their generous size, they're naturally rich in fibre, potassium and antioxidants, making them as nourishing as they are indulgent. Sold jumbo-sized and whole with the stone in, they're perfect for snacking straight from the bag, or for blitzing into energy balls, smoothies and baking as a natural sweetener.

Date palms have been cultivated across the Middle East and North Africa for thousands of years, historically prized as a symbol of hospitality and abundance in the oasis communities where they grew. These dates are grown in Palestine's Jordan Valley near Jericho, sourced from Rift Valley Farms' own orchards and other trusted local growers on farms with a strong focus on water and soil conservation.
