Cocoa is ethically sourced from partner cooperatives in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire. The chocolates are produced and packed in The Netherlands.

The problem in the chocolate industry is the handful of corporations that profit from keeping the price of cocoa as low as possible, meaning that cocoa farmers do not earn a fair share, which leads to illegal child labour and modern slavery.
Tony's aims to change the landscape of the industry by showing how things should be done and leading by example with their Sourcing Principles to prove that delicious, slave-free chocolate can be a commercial success while giving everybody a fair share.
