A smooth, creamy pâté with the taste of mushroom, made with nutritional yeast and 24% mushrooms, and with no meat or dairy. It's a handy spread to squeeze straight from the tube onto toast, crackers or a sandwich.
 
This is an organic recipe. Tartex say their ingredients come from controlled organic agriculture, and that they avoid artificial additives, flavour enhancers, colourings and flavourings. Alongside the mushrooms, it uses coconut and sunflower oil, potato starch and a little lemon juice concentrate, and it contains no palm oil.

Usage
Spread straight from the tube onto toast, bread or crackers, or use it as a sandwich filling. It also works stirred into hot pasta, soups or sauces for extra savoury flavour, or served as a dip with vegetable sticks.
