A savoury, spreadable pâté made with nutritional yeast, garlic, parsley and chives, and no meat or dairy. It comes in a handy tube, so you can squeeze out just what you need for toast, crackers or a sandwich.
 
This is an organic recipe. Tartex say their ingredients come from controlled organic agriculture, and that they avoid artificial additives, flavour enhancers, colourings and flavourings. The recipe uses coconut and sunflower oil and contains no palm oil.
 
Tartex also make a Mushroom Pâté in the same range, if you fancy a change. Both come in 200g aluminium tubes.
 
Usage
Spread straight from the tube onto toast, bread or crackers, or use it as a sandwich filling. It also works stirred into hot pasta, soups or sauces for extra savoury flavour, or served as a dip with vegetable sticks.
