Cooking instructions
Rinse millet thoroughly under cold water. Add 1 part millet to 2 parts boiling water in a pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the water is fully absorbed and the grains are tender. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork. Add a little Vegetable Bouillon to increase flavour.
