They source high quality ingredients from other ethically-conscious suppliers and try to keep the provinance of ingredients as local as possible. When local isn't possible they ensure the sustainability of their sourcing. eg. Goupie choose to use the controversial ingredient palm oil, but take multiple steps to make certain it is from RSPO certified tracable farms.
