Made with selected organically grown grapes from Emilia Romagna. The grapes are pressed and then slowly fermented in accordance with a time-honoured tradition. This is then aged in wooden kegs which provides interesting nuances of flavour and contributes to the delicious well-rounded taste.
With its rich colour and bold flavour, this vinegar makes superb vinaigrettes, dressings, marinades and sauces. Try using a little when braising red cabbage.
There are no preservatives added so harmless vinegar solids may develop over time.
