Coconut Milk (400ml)

A staple in Asian, Indian and Caribbean cooking, this coconut milk is silky smooth and has a wonderfully rich taste. You can use it as a substitute for dairy milk in cooking and baking, including in your tea or coffee, making it a great alternative for people looking for dairy-free or vegan milk alternatives.

It is made by soaking pure coconut flesh and removing the cream, making it full of delicious coconut goodness. Only the highest quality coconuts go into this coconut milk which is why there are no nasties added and it's naturally preservative-free, non-GMO, gluten and dairy-free. All of Coconut Merchant's coconut products are made using ethically sourced coconuts from sustainable plantations in partnership with farmers from Sri Lanka.

Coconut Merchant's ultimate objective is to support these farmers, and this is achieved by working closely and directly with farmers and farmers' cooperatives to make sure they get a fair price for their produce.

It's great in sweet and savoury dishes and of course drinks like Pina Coladas! Check out a wide range of recipe ideas on Coconut Merchant's website.
