Origin
Elderflowers come from Belvoir Farm's own plantation and from hedgerows across Leicestershire and neighbouring counties, hand-picked by the farm and local community pickers. Note: elderflower sourcing may vary by batch, occasionally including flowers picked in Hungary. Manufactured in the UK, at Belvoir Farm's site in Bottesford, Nottinghamshire.

Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, please keep in the fridge and use within 3 days.

Belvoir Farm has been making drinks from its farmhouse kitchen in the Vale of Belvoir since 1984, when Mary Manners began producing elderflower cordial using elderflowers picked from the family's own hedgerows, with the very first batch amounting to just 88 cases. John Manners then began selling it to local shops and farm shops.
Still family-run today, Belvoir Farm introduced its first lightly sparkling drinks in 1997 and continues to grow fruit and elderflowers on its own farm, hand-picking them each year with the help of local pickers. The farm sets aside 28 acres of flower-rich margins for pollinators and land for winter bird feed, and has planted over 10,000 trees since 1984.
Belvoir Farm is a certified B Corp, with its carbon footprint independently assessed each year and a target of reaching net zero by 2035.
