Transform your bath time into a relaxing, spa-like experience with our Epsom salts refill. Made from pure magnesium sulfate crystals, these salts provide a soothing soak that helps ease tired muscles, softens the skin, and promotes a sense of calm and well-being. Perfect for both bath and foot soaks, they can also be used as a gentle exfoliant, leaving your skin feeling refreshed.
 
Usage
Full Body Bath: Add 3 to 4 handfuls of Epsom Salt to the bathwater and soak your body for at least 20 minutes.
Foot Bath: Add 2 handfuls of Epsom Salt to a basin of lukewarm water and soak your feet for at least 10 minutes.
Exfoliation: To soften and exfoliate your skin, mix one tablespoon of olive oil with a handful of Epsom Salt. Rub this mixture all over your wet skin, then rinse thoroughly.
Facial Pore Cleansing: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Epsom Salt with a cleansing cream and massage it onto your face. Afterwards, rinse your face with cold water and pat it dry. Alternatively, you can mix 250 ml of warm water with 2 to 3 teaspoons of Epsom Salt. Soak a washcloth in this mixture and place it over your face, avoiding your eyes. Let it sit for a few minutes, then treat the other parts of your face the same way. After this treatment, wash your face with warm water to remove any traces of Epsom Salt from your skin.
