Nationwide shipping is available using the following service:

Local Home Delivery

We offer a home delivery service to local residents of Sheffield and surrounding areas for next day delivery*. Please click here for more information about the service. If you are within our delivery areas then we will deliver your order personally as many orders are heavy. Please be sure to choose your delivery slot at the checkout by choosing the Home Delivery option. We will contact you if a slot is not chosen and this could result in a delay in getting your order delivered.

Delivery slots

Monday to Friday in 3 slots:

1. Morning (10am to 12pm)

2. Afternoon (2pm to 4pm)

3. Evening** (6pm to 8pm)

Within 2.5km of S7 1FN - £3.00 (Free delivery over £50)

Within 6km of S7 1FN - £4.00 (Free delivery over £50)

Please note: If nobody is present to accept delivery of the order during the requested delivery slot then we will attempt to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour, but if we are unable to do so, then we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee will be applied based on the shipping areas of the address (even if the original order value qualifies for free delivery)

 

* 12pm (midday) cut off for next day delivery.

** Evening delivery is unavailable on Wednesdays due to late night in-store shopping.
 

Collection In-store

Orders can be collected in-store free of charge. We aim to have orders ready within 48 hours of receiving the order, however, at busy times, more complex orders may require longer to process.

 

Once your order is packed, you will receive a ready to collect notification. Please do not travel to collect your order before receiving this notification. The Bare Alterative will not accept any responsibility for orders that are attempted for collection before the notification is set.

Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you have taken delivery. To do so, please reply to your order confirmation email with details of why you want to cancel your order. 

 

Refunds

In the case of cancelling an order, a refund of unused and resalable items will be processed once the items are received back to us within 14 days of giving notice that you want to return an item, at your own cost of return shipping, even if free shipping was applied when placing your order. The Bare Alternative will not be responsible for costs associated with returning items for refunds, except if the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to.
