Rice Flour (96%), Tapioca Starch (As a stabilizer), Rice Starch (As a stabilizer). Cook: Bring a pan of water to a boil then turn off the heat. Add the noodles to the water and stir to separate.

Cooking Instructions
Bring 550ml of water to the boil for every 50 grams of pasta. Optionally, add a pinch of salt for extra flavour. Add the pasta and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally..
